Welcome to green beans & grapefruit! The first day of spring seems like the perfect time to write my first post. This blog is an ode to fruits and vegetables, centered around my love of cooking, baking, entertaining, and sharing what I know. After culinary school and working in restaurants, I am now a Personal Chef. The recipes you'll find here are dishes I make for my clients, my friends, my family and myself. I try to find a balance between food that's both good for you and finger lickin' good! I prefer food to be approachable and uncomplicated...you should be able to see and taste what you're eating!
